Golden Africa Safaris ran a best in class FAM trip in May 2023 in collaboration with some of our partners in Botswana – Natural Selection, Machaba and Xaro Lodge, which took us from Makgadikgadi salt pans, to the wilds of Moremi, to floating on the Lower Delta and then all the way up to the top of the Panhandle, exploring the culture of Tsodilo Hills and the magic of the waterways in that area.
There were many highlights – seeing 62 lion in 5 nights was a massive one, along with traversing such diverse areas and exploring beautiful Botswana in a different way everyday – from Mokoros, helicopters, rooftop sunrises, bush lunches, epic game drives, boating, and many scenic charters giving us an incredible bird’s eye view of the breathtaking landscapes!

Staying in the Golden Africa roving camps promised a true authentic safari experience and they delivered.
