101 lions in 8 nights!

A true story! Let’s talk about those 101 lions we saw in Botswana in 8 nights…  Hunting lions, protective lions, proud lions, lion cubs, fearless lions, teenage lions fooling around, hungry lions – you name it, we saw it! This is just another example (and one for the books for sure) that validates, Botswana delivers mammoth safaris and being on a truly bespoke and exclusive roving safari, one can spend longer on sightings and really watch them unfold.

You know you are truly alive when you are living among lions

Those lions showed us over and over why they are the kings of the bush and when you are roving with Golden Africa Safaris – one can traverse so many different areas to maximize the action and then being guided by experts in their field, with no less than 15 years experience, is what really turns an average safari into an unforgettable safari.

Be ready to enjoy many car bars, as more often than not the teeming wildlife means sundowners are enjoyed right where you are – luckily the Golden Africa game viewers are kitted out with a fridge onboard so there is always a cold drink at hand to celebrate another magical day in the bush and watch the fireball in the sky sink out of sight.

Being on the ground in Botswana having traversed all the wildlife areas many times, has given the team at Golden Africa expert knowledge on how to curate safaris that truly deliver at the different times of the year. They know all the insider tips of how to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary! Roving safaris are trending for 2024 – and this hidden gem has the secret sauce.

Don’t miss out on some of the epic sightings we had here – A showstopper trip to Botswana and Mammoth safaris in Botswana.
